I feel like an expectant father in the maternity ward... pacing up and down the hallways all night, a nervous wreck, worried sick that his child is going to come out a spastic autistic conjoined twin, or his wife is going to die...

It was a pain finding the vote place.... maybe that was a dirty trick of the republicans... place the voting precint in the most remote, hard to reach spot possible... then again, Im registered as a republican, so thats not it... Also, as I stood in line thinking... Have you ever noticed where you go to vote? Thats right- IN A CHURCH.... AND WE ALL KNOW WHO'S SIDE THEY ARE ON....

but that's paranoid talk...

I pressed the button... I was so nervous... never have I felt so much pressure over one little decision... this has been building up for the past 3,4 years... and it was all set to climax at the puch of ONE LITTLE BUTTON.... THE SHINEY RED BUTTON.... THE JOLLY, CANDYLIKE BUTTON THAT EVEN NOW BEACONS HIM CLOSER AND CLOSER.... WILL HE HOLD OUT FOLKS??? CAN HE HOLD OUT?!?!?!? *ahem*

I hope the machine didnt fuck up my vote or anything.... after what happened last time, I cant say I trust those things.... but thats what I got to go on...

Ive done all I can do... Now all there is left is the waiting...

Calm down. There's no guarantee that 4 years with Kerry would be any better. You can hope, but we're not going to know until it happen.

well... Id feel more comfortable with someone who knows what he's doing... someone who has actualy seen frontline combat in war, over somone who couldnt even manage national guard duty...

Bush is a lost little boy, in stubborn denial that he doesnt know how to lead a country at war, who doesnt know how to manage an economy, and who doesnt realize that a nation is not just one demographic of people, not just one culture, and not just one religion

He's a typical American. That's all there is to it. At least we already know what 4 years with Bush in office is like. With Kerry, it's a mystery. Not trying to change your opinion, I'm just saying you should calm down.

point taken... I apprecaite the effort... I still think Id rather go with a change, than with misdirection, etc... I just have a low tolerance in general for these kinds of things...
